Coucou teacher Florian will take you on a peaceful and calming internal journey in French for 30minutes of guided relaxation before your French class. The only thing you have to do is find a comfortable position, and listen! All language levels are welcome.
With this Méditation class:

- Decrease your stress and become more efficient in facing daily challenges, and French classes!
