Mindfulness in French Holiday Edition
Sunday, December 6th from 5 to 6pm EST / 2 to 3pm PST
What if you could lower your stress levels and improve your French at the same time?
With this WELLNESS WORKSHOP guided by Florian, you will not only practice breathing techniques and inner peace, but will also learn wellness-related French vocabulary and how to talk about your emotions and sensations.
The workshop will include :
– Guided meditation
– An individual assessment of how you felt before and after
– Time to learn new words connected to wellness
– A discussion about how you practice wellness on a daily basis and how to build new healthy habits
The holidays can be a stressful time for a lot of people, especially this year; it is important to be mindful of our emotions and turn them into assets, so why not do it in French?
