EVERYDAY FRENCH CUISINE Conversation w/ Victoire Loup
Instead of starting off 2022 with yet another guilt-inducing dry January, how about mixing French cooking with self-care?
There is this common idea that French cuisine is overly complicated, sophisticated and out of reach. False! Not that many of us know how to cook un boeuf bourguignon, or could tell the difference between crème mousseline and crème pâtissière. But we do know how to recognize, select and assemble simple ingredients together to create a flavorful, heart-warming and comforting meal. And this is the trick – most of the time!
This January, Victoire Loup will be our guest speaker to bring you the secrets of “Everyday French Cuisine”: what to cook, where to buy it and how to prepare it.
She will be sharing her best tips and tricks while debunking the clichés of an inaccessible French way of cooking.
ABOUT YOUR HOST

She grew up in Paris and started in the food world with Le Fooding (a contemporary food guide) and organized events in Paris and New York with chefs such as Yotam Ottolenghi, Alain Passard, Cyril Lignac, Enrique Olvera and Christina Tosi.
