Do you miss the obscure cheese you tried once during a trip to France? They probably have it, and so much more! Caviar, charcuterie, cookies, chocolate and condiments, all in the same shop: heaven on earth!
Founded by Emily and Dan, this outstanding French pastry shop will make you feel like Marie Antoinette. We love that they offer super traditional French pastries such as Galette des Rois, Christmas bûches, Easter chocolate eggs, classic pies and cakes.
Their warehouse is stocked with over 1900 items! You’ll find cheese, charcuterie, fine meats and dairy products, seafood, spreads, spices, Boulart bread, baked goods, pantry staples and other fine foods, all in one place!
This is where you can find the Coucou team’s favorite croissant and pain au chocolat outside of France! If that seems like a big statement – trust us! This Japanese-owned café also nails the classic Bordeaux treat canelé. Get there early as their pastries sell out fast!
The ideal place for brunch with a French twist! The owner, Sarah, recreated the vibe of a French terrasse and living room. Her Tunisian influences also give the menu a delicious flourish. You can even buy French products such as candy, biscuits and cooking essentials.
Recommended by food writer Victoire Loup, this little gem will transport you to a different time and place – maybe a beautiful cabana by the Mediterranean sea. We hear their oysters are a must-try! And if you can’t decide what to eat, why not try their Prix Fixe menu!
This beautiful Chinatown hidden gem offers a well-curated wine list and delicious French bistro food. Take it from us – their Escargots de Bourgogne are a must try!
Recently added to the Michelin Guide, Trois Mecs’ little brother is a Coucou team favorite. The bistro vibe, delicious food and friendly ambiance will take you from Melrose Ave to the heart of Paris in the blink of an eye.
Located in the Original Farmers Market, Monsieur Marcel is a little slice of heaven for French expats. Our favorite products are sold there: Edmond Fallot mustard, BN, LU and St Michel cookies, chestnut spread alongside cheese and fresh fish – the perfect cure for homesickness!
