Travel Series- Dakar, Sénégal 

Sénégal is a beautiful country with a rich history and present to explore! Come tour the capital city of Dakar with Bhavana, Coucou’s Cultural Programs Assistant, and learn about Senegalese food, art, sites, and culture! We will discuss a traditional Senegalese tea ceremony, Senegalese glass paintings (used to communicate messages during colonial times), and Senegalese celebrities, among other topics. This workshop will be conducted in a mix of English and French, and would be appropriate for any French language learner.

This workshop will run over the course of 3 Monday sessions, November 16th – 30th, 1 – 2:30pm
