Eleonore worked in Parisian restaurants throughout her university years and fell in love with the industry. She has more than 15 years of bar and restaurant experience, and is the manager of a small restaurant in Ridgewood, Queens.

How to order at the restaurant
Are you going to France or to a French restaurant soon? Are you scared of the notoriously rude French waiters? Come join us for a pretend-dinner at Coucou NYC. You will get to practice every possible restaurant interaction (“Où sont les toilettes, s’il vous plaît ?”), talk about French cuisine (frog legs anyone?) and must-try dishes, how to talk about dietary restrictions and how to order wine like an expert.
