Cancellation & transfer policy
Plans change. If you need to cancel or switch your Signature Class, here's what you need to know:
- 30+ days before class starts: You can cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
- 15–29 days before class starts: We'll return the full value of your booking in store credit. You can use your store credit toward another class, or contact us if you'd like to arrange a transfer.
- Less than 15 days before class starts: Your booking is final. We can't offer a refund, store credit, or a transfer. This also applies once the class has started.
