If you opt in to marketing text messages from Coucou, we use your phone number to send marketing SMS messages about Coucou classes, events, workshops, and announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP.

SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, except with service providers necessary to deliver our messaging program.

You may also request deletion of your Coucou account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel existing purchases, bookings, registrations, or credits.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain your account, and as required for legal, tax, accounting, and other legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
