Refund policy

Refund and cancellation terms vary by product or service. The terms below apply unless otherwise stated on the applicable product or registration page.
Signature Classes
- 30+ days before start: Full refund or free transfer.
- 15–29 days before start: Full value returned as store credit.
- Less than 15 days before start: No refund, store credit, or transfer.
- After the class starts: No refund, store credit, or transfer.
Conversation Labs
Conversation Lab purchases, including individual Labs and packages, are non-refundable. Labs may be switched up to 7 days before the session, with the credit returned to your account for rebooking.
Private Classes
Private Class credits are non-refundable. Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled class is permitted. Less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show results in forfeiture of the credit.
Workshops & Events
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once access or download has been delivered.
Printed Materials
Printed materials are generally final sale. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact students@coucoufrenchclasses.com within 14 days of delivery.
Unused items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your expense.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds & Store Credit
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Amounts originally paid with store credit are returned as store credit.
