No, trial class credits can’t be used towards the 5-Class Bundle.
When you purchase the bundle, you’ll immediately receive an email with a unique coupon code. You’ll apply this code at checkout each time you register for a group class. Your coupon code expires 18 months following your date of purchase.
Any combination of five in-person or online group classes. If you are a current level 7 student, and plan to only take level 7 courses, you may take ten 5-week level 7 classes.*
Excludes Grammar Refreshers, private lessons, all “Intensive” and “Extra” class formats, events and workshops. While you’ll see the most savings on in-person classes, you can save on online classes too. Similarly, while you’ll see the most savings on 8 and 10-week courses (levels 1-6), you’ll still save if you use your code towards a shorter level 0 or level 7 class.

You can browse the class schedule on our website at any time. Classes are typically posted two months in advance.
Yes, you can choose your own class schedule within the allotted time.
Absolutely! Just make sure to plan ahead. If you take too many long breaks you may not have time to finish all of the classes before they expire.
You have 18 months from the date of purchase to register for your 5 classes, after which your registration code will expire. You do not necessarily need to complete all five courses within the 18 months.
Any leftover credit will be forfeited (your registration code will expire 18 months after the date of purchase).
Your purchase is non-refundable, in part or in full. If you are no longer able to attend in-person classes, you can use your remaining credits towards online group classes.
If you are no longer able to attend a course you enrolled in, you must notify us no later than 5 days before the start date. Please contact [email protected] for rescheduling requests.
Your withdrawal from a group class is subject to our standard credit policy. We can offer you a prorated credit, less a $60 administrative fee. Your credit will be calculated based on the discounted rate ($360/group class) and in accordance with the number of lessons that have elapsed at the time you notify us that you would like to withdraw.
For levels 1 to 5, you can access an archived video recording of the lesson you missed via your Student Portal so you can get caught up.
For level 6, you can attend 2 make-up classes per session, subject to availability. For level 7, you can attend 1 make-up class per session, subject to availability.

No, bundle credits can only be used towards full-price class registrations. If you decide to join a class that is already in progress, you can take advantage of the make-up option available for that level.
We reserve the right to change the assigned teacher for a class at any time. We do not provide refunds or credits in the event that the assigned teacher for a class is changed.
If no Placement Test or End of Level Quiz was taken, any transfer is subject to our normal transfer policy.
If the placement test results were not accurate, as assessed at the discretion of your teacher, we can transfer your registration to the appropriate level.
We will work with you to offer an alternative course or reinstate your credit.
We cannot automatically save a spot for anyone in any class; you would still need to manually sign up for the next class of your choosing as if you were paying for it. Make sure you sign up early to avoid disappointment!
