Coucou is a leading French language school, providing group and private, online and in-person French classes for adults. With headquarters located in NYC and a secondary location in Los Angeles, the school has developed its own unique teaching method over the past 10 years. Position Summary
Coucou is seeking an energetic Student Support Manager to start ASAP, providing administrative support and customer service. As the first point of contact, you’ll balance student satisfaction with maintaining business policies, working closely with our administrative and teaching staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to student success.

Work hours: 9:30am-5:30pm from Monday to Friday
In-person position
Duties
The list of duties the Employee is required to perform will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Coordinate private lesson bookings (scheduling, matching students to teachers, tracking class packages)
- Organize trial classes and group make-up classes
- Manage incoming transfer requests for group classes
- Provide regular data analysis and feedback on student support operations
- Regularly review that new admin processes are properly implemented
- Respond to students’ requests via email and in-person
- Respond to general inquiries about classes from prospective customers
- Welcome students and walk-ins
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Selling books and classes on POS
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service a plus
- Tech savvy, with an ability to learn new softwares quickly, familiarity with Google Suite and Slack is a plus.
- Strong team spirit
- Native English-speaker or equivalent proficiency with a strong interest in French language and culture
- French speaking is a plus but not required
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: $45.000 – $55.000 / year
- End of year bonus
