Terms and Conditions
*** Class transfer or cancellation/refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your class start date. After this date, refunds cannot be given under any circumstance and we can’t allow you to transfer your tuition to a different class. The only exception is for incorrect level placement and your professor’s approval after the first class or two is required in this situation.
*** Under no circumstance can group class credit be used towards private lessons.
*** For private lessons, your teacher must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule change or class cancellation you wish to make. Otherwise, you will be charged for the class or the class will be deducted from your package.
*** In the event of low enrollment for a group class (i.e. 4 people or less in a 10-people class), we reserve the right to reschedule the class to a later start date, combine two groups, or shorten the duration of the class as we see fit. In this case, students will have the option to transfer their credit to a different class, or to get a refund if the new dates do not fit their schedule.
*** We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, or who causes any kind of safety concern to our students or staff.
*** Classes are reserved for students 21 years of age and up.
