Capucine

Capucine grew up between Toulouse and New York before setting off to live in Canada, Australia, and the Caribbean. After studying Political Science and Philosophy and working for environmental organizations, she found her way into NYC hospitality. Now a beverage consultant, she knows an unreasonable amount about cocktails and spirits - and is always happy to share!

Outside the classroom, Capucine loves running, theater, fostering animals, and getting overly competitive about board games and puzzles. She loves bringing people together - around a table, over a drink, or in the classroom.
