Join us at Atelier Sucré in the heart of the East Village for a cozy and delicious culinary experience!
This time, we’re diving into one of France’s most beloved comfort treats: brioche and French toast (pain perdu) – buttery, soft, and perfectly golden.
The class will guide you through the art of making rich, fluffy homemade brioche dough from scratch, then transforming it into decadent French toast with classic toppings and sweet seasonal flavors. From mixing and kneading to baking and plating, you’ll learn the techniques and tips that make these simple ingredients taste truly magnifique.
Students will enjoy a 2.5-hour hands-on class, where they’ll bake, cook, and decorate their own creations. Each participant will leave with their freshly made treats, plus recipes and detailed instructions to recreate the experience at home and impress family and friends at your next brunch.
We hope to see you there!
