Join us at Atelier Sucré in the heart of the East Village for a festive culinary experience! The traditional Bûche de Noël is the most famous French holiday dessert. The preparation includes sponge cake, fresh butter and cream – the trick is to assemble all the elements into a highly-decorated final product worthy of the most elegant Christmas dinner table! Students will get the chance to participate in a 2.5 hour hands-on class where they can make and decorate their own Yule log cake. Each participant will go home with their creation, as well as recipes and detailed instructions to repeat the process at home and impress their family and friends this holiday season. Located in the East Village, Atelier Sucré‘s commercial kitchen offers a space to create delightful, delectable French sweets and more. They welcome students of all experience levels and provide all the ingredients and utensils needed. The kitchen is a special place for chefs; it’s where the magic happens!
