You have all the theory you need. What’s missing isn’t more rules, it’s the leap into actually using them. Conducted 100% in French, Level 6 is where you stop translating and start living in the language. It’s our most social level, the one students stay in for months, sometimes years, because it’s where French starts feeling like home.
About the class
An 85-minute speaking class for advanced students, every week, at our school in SoHo, conducted 100% in French. Built and taught by Coucou teachers using the Coucou Method, with a clear structure each week: news articles, videos, songs, poems, debates, improv, role-plays, and group storytelling, all designed to challenge spontaneity and expressive range. There’s no fixed textbook. Each week the teacher prepares custom material. Grammar isn’t the focus, but precision is. Corrections happen in stride, without slowing the conversation.
Each class runs at the same time every week with your teacher. You book the sessions you want, and coming back to the same one is how you become a regular. Bringing your own drinks and snacks to share is welcome and encouraged.

The fine print
85-minute group session at our school in SoHo. If you’re the only one enrolled, it becomes a 60-minute private at the same price.
This lab is for students who’ve completed Level 5, or who already function fully in French. Conducted 100% in French.
