You’re already fluent. The question now isn’t whether you can hold a conversation, it’s how precisely, how subtly, how persuasively you can. Level 7 is a maintenance and mastery space: where high-level French gets fine-tuned, refined, and kept alive.
About the class
An 85-minute speaking class for highly fluent French speakers, every week, at our school in SoHo, conducted 100% in French. Built and taught by Coucou teachers using the Coucou Method, with a clear structure each week: long-form interviews, complex articles, contemporary slang, evolving language, debate, structured argumentation, and register shifts. There’s no fixed textbook. Each week the teacher prepares challenging custom material. Corrections are subtle but precise. The goal isn’t fluency, you already have it. The goal is control.
Each class runs at the same time every week with your teacher. You book the sessions you want, and coming back to the same one is how you become a regular. Bringing your own drinks and snacks to share is welcome and encouraged.

The fine print
85-minute group session at our school in SoHo. If you’re the only one enrolled, it becomes a 60-minute private at the same price.
This lab is for students who’ve completed Level 6, or who already speak French with full fluency. Conducted 100% in French. Many students at this level have lived in a French-speaking country or studied for years.
