Enjoy a glass of wine while discussing the link between the vines, landscapes, and wines with the bottle, people, and terroirs that generated them. Get the chance to ask all your burning questions and leave with your own signed copy of her book! Hosted in French, this will be an afternoon that can’t be missed. We hope to see you there!

Pascaline earned her Master Sommelier Diploma in 2014. She and winemaker Nathan Kendall are the co-founders of chëpìka, a wine project to rediscover the potential of organically-grown natives grapes and sparkling wines in New York’s Finger Lakes region. French magazine La Revue du Vin de France awarded her “Personality of the Year 2019”, the first woman to be given this prestigious recognition.
