Angèle grew up in Normandy and Paris. She taught in multiple countries (France, Russia, Cameroon, Morocco, Taiwan, China and the UK). She moved from London to New York and joined Coucou in 2022. Passionate about games, Angèle will always find playful ways to challenge her students and get them to learn their vocabulary!

Join us for a fun and relaxed musical morning. Enjoy un café while discussing your favorite artistes francophones with Coucou teacher Angèle and fellow French music enthusiasts. Share your latest discoveries, all-time hits & karaoke go-tos, and go home with a fresh list of new songs to listen to !

Angèle will help with your musical vocabulary and share her own chansons préférées.

Coucou Café was designed to help students get comfortable speaking and gain the confidence to use the grammar and vocabulary that they’ve learned in class to converse with fellow students in a casual setting. The goal is to embrace spontaneity and to produce sentences with ease. Embark on a pressure-free journey to fluency; don’t be afraid to make mistakes—just express yourself, en music!
