Rodolphe was born and raised in Toulouse, in the southwest of France. After earning a degree from a business school, he worked in the media and transportation sectors for six years as a consultant in Paris. In 2024, he followed his wife to New York for her work and seized the opportunity to make a career change.
Rodolphe is passionate about ecology, social issues, and sports—especially rugby and basketball. As an avid climber, he loves exploring climbing gyms and the great outdoors whenever he can.

You're Grand Débutant, if...

You can introduce yourself in French, talk about your job and hobbies – even if you sometimes have to rely on the kindness (and patience) of strangers to make yourself understood.

You can conjugate regular verbs in the present tense. You can also conjugate common irregular verbs, such as être, avoir, faire and aller.

You know how to get articles and adjectives to agree with their nouns (for the most part).

You know how to construct a basic sentence in French (subject, verb, object, etc).
