Apprenti — turning the past tense into real conversation, five days straight
You’ve learned how the past tense works in French. Passé composé, imparfait, plus-que-parfait: you understand the system, but using it on the fly when you’re telling someone about your weekend is something else. This is the week that gap closes, five days in a row.
About the class
A 90-minute speaking class, every day Monday through Friday, taught live on Zoom. Built and taught by Coucou teachers using the Coucou Method, with a clear structure each day: guided storytelling, timeline exercises, themed prompts, and speaking activities focused on making the past tense fluid in real conversation. No new grammar piled on, just structured practice that turns what you’ve learned into what you can say.
What you’ll get out of it
- Five straight days in French, the kind of momentum a weekly class can’t give you
- Talking about your week without running a mental conjugation chart
- Passé composé vs. imparfait without stopping to decide
- Object pronouns landing where they belong
- A small group of like-minded learners going through the same thing
