ABOUT JULIET

The menu reflects the way Parisians dine today—vibrant, unfussy, and globally inspired while staying true to classic French techniques. Here, small, flavorful dishes highlight the best of California’s seasonal produce and seafood, blending tradition with a fresh, modern twist.

The cuisine is elegantly simple and the wine list features hand-selected French producers and is built for exploration. A special reserve list organized by region and producer is a deeper dive into French wine.
