Always up for a good time, Alice brings a cheerful vibe, slipping in jokes to make sure everyone’s having fun while learning (and if you’re lucky she will be sneaking some food/drinks for the class to share).

Outside the classroom, Alice enjoys cooking (and of course eating!), thrives in the fashion world, loves dancing beyond the scene and discovers new adventures with her close circle – just don’t ask her to get on a rollercoaster!

Join us at Atelier Sucré in the heart of the East Village for the most buttery culinary experience of your life. This time, we’re tackling the ultimate French classic: the croissant! 🥐

Warm out of the oven, flaky on the outside, soft and melt-in-your-mouth buttery on the inside, that’s a perfect croissant and one of life’s greatest pleasures.
In this 2.5-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn to make one from scratch. Not just the classic, but also the indulgent Pain au Chocolat and a savory Ham & Cheese Croissant.

From laminating the dough to that signature golden fold, you’ll discover the techniques and tips that turn simple ingredients into something truly magnifique. Each student will enjoy their freshly baked creations straight out of the oven at the end of class, and go home with a full batch of croissants, pains au chocolat, and ham & cheese croissants, plus recipes and detailed instructions to impress at your next brunch.
