Samuel is from Cergy, a city in the suburbs of Paris. He grew up in a multicultural household, with his mother from the United States and his father from Benin, speaking both French and English at home. After a couple of years at Sorbonne Nouvelle University, he decided in 2022 to embark on a new adventure in New York City and pursue acting. He graduated from AADA (American Academy of Dramatic Arts) in May 2026.

Playful and energetic, he loves sharing his cultures in the most entertaining way possible.

Each Sound Sexy in French zooms in on one key element of French phonetics. Imagine mastering the sultry French R, the mysterious nasal vowels, or the effortless flow of liaisons. You’ll work on the sounds that make French sound like French, guided by our Coucou teacher Capucine in a fun, relaxed, and slightly bold atmosphere.

How do you know you succeeded? You’ll record a short voice clip at the very start of the evening and again at the end to have a before & after to hear just how far you’ve come in one night.

Please note: the first 30 minutes are for check-in, drinks, and a chance to get comfortable and connect with others.
