ABOUT CAPUCINE

FRANCE FRANCE

Capucine grew up between Toulouse and New York before setting off to live in Canada, Australia, and the Caribbean. After studying Political Science and Philosophy and working for environmental organizations, she found her way into NYC hospitality. Now a beverage consultant, she knows an unreasonable amount about cocktails and spirits - and is always happy to share!

Outside the classroom, Capucine loves running, theater, fostering animals, and getting overly competitive about board games and puzzles. She loves bringing people together - around a table, over a drink, or in the classroom.

WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING

★★★★★

I have taken French lessons elsewhere and when I found Coucou I realized I had found the right place.

Yelp Review

★★★★★

They teach you to speak French the way French people do! Their materials are clear and easy to comprehend. Plus they are all so welcoming and supportive. If you're looking to learn and haven't had success before I would highly recommend taking classes here!

Yelp Review

★★★★★

I have had a great experience taking private French classes at Coucou. Over the past couple of years, they have helped me prepare for and pass the DELF B1 and DELF B2. They have a ton of patience and know how to prepare curriculum that is informative and enjoyable.
