Participants will enjoy a 1.5-hour workshop, including a 60-minute vinyasa yoga practice, an introduction to key French yoga terms, and time for questions and discussion. The experience is open to all levels of yoga and French, with modifications offered so everyone can feel comfortable, supported, and fully engaged.
