MISSED A CLASS?

Levels 0-5

If you’re in level 0-5, you can access an archived video recording of the lesson you missed via your Student Portal so you can get caught up.

Levels 6-7

If you’re in level 6 or 7, fill out the form on this page and a member of our team will reach out to you via email with scheduling options for a make-up with another ongoing group class.

•  8 and 10-week sessions: Students are limited to two (2) group make-ups per session.
• 4 and 5-week sessions:  Students are limited to one (1) group make-up per session.
• Make-ups are subject to availability, and must be scheduled within two weeks (14 days) of your absence.
• Missed make-ups cannot be rescheduled.
