Guillaume was born in Normandy but spent most of his teenage and adult life in Paris. He also studied in Wisconsin and Toulouse.
Prior to moving to the US in 2023, Guillaume worked in France as a reporter for over fifteen years covering mostly French and European economy, politics and labor unions. When he’s not teaching at Coucou, you can usually find him either biking through Brooklyn, reading about history or experimenting new recipes in his kitchen.
