Nicolas was born in Nancy but lived in Lyon his whole life. A Master graduate in Business Management, he worked in the healthcare system, but also as a freelance journalist, for more than 10 years. After moving to New York in 2024, he became a tutor to share his love of French language, but also his passions of cooking, hiking in the Alps, video games and creative writing.
Fun fact: he is also a language student, learning Indonesian to be able to talk with his wife’s family.

You're Confirmé, if...

You are familiar with and feel fairly confident using all major tenses (present, passé composé, imparfait, plus-que-parfait, futur simple, conditionnel).

You are ready to take on relative pronouns and the dreaded subjonctive.

You have the basic grammatical framework necessary to express yourself, but may be missing the little extras that could make your speech that much richer and subtler.
