FRENCH DINNER AT ZIZOU / LA / SATURDAY 10-26-24

We are excited to invite our advanced students to an exclusive evening at Zizou, a French-Moroccan restaurant in Lincoln Heights much loved by the Coucou team, where you’ll immerse yourself in French conversation and culture. Hosted entirely in French by our wonderful teacher Keveen, this is a perfect opportunity to sharpen your language skills in a relaxed social setting.

Enjoy a delicious prix fixe menu, featuring:

Les entrées à partager : Taboulé, Salade Marocaine, Feuilletés aux épinards

Les plats : Tajine de poulet aux abricots et amandes ou Moules Frites

Le dessert : Tarte Tatin maison 

And of course, two glasses of wine to complement the meal! 

Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot for an authentic French experience! The diner is reserved for students of level 5 and above since we’ll try to keep the conversation around the table French-only.

About the restaurant

Zizou, located in the heart of Lincoln Heights, brings together French and Moroccan flavors in a vibrant, welcoming setting. Opened by Maati and Boris, two lifelong friends from France, Zizou is designed to be a laid-back urban oasis reminiscent of the bistros of Southeast France. The restaurant features dishes inspired by both regions, such as taboulé, moules frites, and their signature tajines. The spacious outdoor patio, bright tiles, and carefully curated atmosphere make Zizou the perfect spot for slowing down, sharing food, and even enjoying a bit of dancing.
