Les Revenants (The Returned) is a recent French TV drama that’s been causing a stir. Set in a small village in the French Alps, the show uses the mysterious mountain backdrop to create a gothic atmosphere reminiscent of recent hit shows The Killing and Top of the Lake, or even the cult series Twin Peaks. Strange events start to unfold and the lines between the living and the dead are blurred. We’ll be screening the first episode at Coucou, and maybe the second one as well if everyone is into it… Bring your friends and YOB!
