ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

Join us at Atelier Sucré in the heart of the East Village for the most festive culinary experience of the season! This time, we’re baking the star of every French Christmas table: the bûche de Noël, the beloved Yule Log.

During this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to bake a light, airy sponge cake, roll it into its signature log shape, and fill it with a silky cream. From there, you’ll frost and decorate it with chocolate ganache, textured bark, and charming holiday details, until it looks like it came straight from a Parisian pâtisserie window. Along the way, you’ll discover the techniques and tips that make this classic dessert truly magnifique.

Enjoy a 2.5-hour hands-on class, where you’ll bake, roll, fill, and decorate their very own bûche. Each participant will leave with their finished creation, plus recipes and detailed instructions to recreate the magic at home and impress family and friends at your holiday gathering. 🎅
