VERNISSAGE on August 22nd – FINISSAGE on September 5th
We are honored to exhibit the works of Parisian artist, ElloLino, at our space! The exhibition will feature two series of linocuts, entitled Les Bonnes Résolutions and A Sharp Diamond.
ElloLino is a prolific artist specializing in metalwork, but dabbling in a lot of various projects. She operates under the credo that “Art is for Sharing,” a mission that has led her to create numerous public pieces with which viewers can interact. She is Paris-based, but “worldwide inspired” and we are happy to make Brooklyn one of the destinations for her visceral, provocative work!
The pieces will be on view in our space beginning on Thursday, August 22nd – we hope you will join us for a glass of wine at the show’s opening between 7pm and 10pm!
Update We are having a little closing show on Thursday, September 5th from 7pm to 10pm. Sara will have materials and tools on hand if you want to practice or learn linocutting!
